We ordered the dish called Labskaus. We weren’t disappointed. It matched the photos and the ingredients described on the menu. The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly and smiling. A good restaurant.

The historic interior is very nice. For food, I ordered Panfish, a Hamburg specialty. In Japanese terms, it’s pan-fried cod and salmon with mustard sauce. It was about the same level as a typical Western-style restaurant in Japan. There was no air conditioning, so it was hot.
A superb restaurant with a truly special charm! The Schifferbörse combines traditional Hamburg flair with excellent food and first-class service. The dishes were freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented.
We were particularly impressed by the historic ambiance, which gives the restaurant a unique atmosphere. You can feel the building’s history and, at the same time, feel very welcome. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional.
If you want to enjoy a good meal in Hamburg and experience a piece of Hanseatic tradition, this is the place for you. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Siamo stati da Soho per pranzo e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il locale è elegante ma accogliente, e il personale è stato gentilissimo fin dal nostro arrivo, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Il cibo è di altissimo livello: il Gran Crudo era freschissimo e ben presentato, mentre il Risotto al nero di seppia con basilico e zafferano è stato semplicemente eccellente. Molto buoni anche il Cappon Magro, il polpo a bassa temperatura e la grigliata mista di pesce. Da non perdere anche i dolciEssendo nella Guida Michelin, ci aspettavamo qualità e non siamo rimasti delusi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Esperienza davvero eccellente! Il locale è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, il personale è stato gentile e attento per tutta la serata. I piatti erano deliziosi, preparati con ingredienti di qualità e presentati con grande cura. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si percepisce la passione e la professionalità di tutto lo staff. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una piacevole esperienza gastronomica!
